Administrative Clerk (Fresh Graduate welcome)

Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Admin Team
  • Administer the office and ensure smoothly running
  • Support and monitor daily operation in warehouse
  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment
  • Assist in sourcing materials for F&B operations
  • Other job duties as per assigned
  • Outdoor work may occasionally required

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with minimum 1-2 years relevant admin experience in catering, F&B industry would be an advantage
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Well-organized with good problem-solving skills
  • Details minded; Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule
  • Well-knowledge in Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
