Administrative Clerk (Fresh Graduate welcome)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Admin Team
- Administer the office and ensure smoothly running
- Support and monitor daily operation in warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment
- Assist in sourcing materials for F&B operations
- Other job duties as per assigned
- Outdoor work may occasionally required
Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 1-2 years relevant admin experience in catering, F&B industry would be an advantage
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Well-organized with good problem-solving skills
- Details minded; Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule
- Well-knowledge in Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
