Administrative Clerk

  • Handle daily and monthly clerical duties;
  • Provide clerical assistance including but not limited to arranging meetings, phone calls, documentation, etc;
  • Maintain proper filing system and documentations in the office;
  • Undertake administrative duties in the office;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned;


  • Form 5 or above;
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience; Fresh graduate will also be consider;
  • Excellent word processing skills: MS-Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint in both English and Chinese;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, mature, pleasant, hard-working, willing to learn, detail oriented, can work under pressure, independently and overtime;
  • Immediate available is preferable
