The incumbent will be responsible for provide daily administrative support to our airline services department (including laundry / equipment / dishwash) which includes data entry, prepare reports, maintenance daily attendance records, stationery ordering and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above
  • 1 year or above clerical experiences
  • Knowledge in catering or food industry will be an absolute advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
  • Detail-minded, independent, pleasant, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5-days work
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Working Location: Chek Lap Kok
