Administrative Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all-round office administration duties, including procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationery and pantry supplies etc
  • Provide general receptionist duties including greeting and serving visitors, answering phone calls and courier service
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangement for staff


  • Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Responsible, attentive to details and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
  • University students are welcomed
