Administrative clerk

Responsibility:

  • Handle general clerical & administrative support
  • support account department for daily operation
  • Perform general Administration and HR duties
  • Assistant daily operation of the office
  • Supervise supporting staff to achieve and deliver the above according duties.
  • Handle ad hoc operation & administration tasks per request;


Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Solid experience would be preferable;
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Independent handle multi-tasks to hit tight deadlines
  • Hard working, Strong Sense of responsibility, Careful, detail minded, able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
  • have accounting knowledge will be preferable
  • immediate available is preferable


5 days work. bank holiday, working location in Kwai Hing (near MTR),
