Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling daily HR & Admin duties and clerical work
  • Office supplies, stationery ordering and office maintenance
  • Perform receptionist duties when necessary
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, Diploma will be an advantage
  • 1-2 years or above of relevant experience in office administrative
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Chinese Word Processing)
  • Fresh graduated will be also considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
