Job Description:

  • Handle office administration duties, such as procurement of office supplies, filing, office maintenance and renewal of licences, etc;
  • Responsible for HR duties, including preparing attendance records, following up on leave applications and staff communications;
  • To support management on ad hoc duties if and when necessary;


Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
