Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the daily operations of the office
  • Follow up the vendor sourcing, order / delivery arrangement
  • Help with launching new product data
  • Assist in managing various reports
  • Perform ad hoc projects and office administrative works


Job Requirements:

  • DSE or above with around 1-2 years solid experience in Admin duties
  • Pleasant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Working Location : Quarry Bay

Working Hours : Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 6:00pm

Monthly Salary : HK$12,000 - 15,000
