Administrative Clerk

Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:-

  • Provide administrative support in a Professional firm
  • Routine office work and clerical duties are required
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and mails 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Must be Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
  • 1-2 years’ experience, fresh graduates also welcomed. 
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner & communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
