Main duties:

  • Undertake administrative and secretaries duties.
  • Maintain database systems and provide accurate reports by summarizing data and information.
  • Meeting multi-national members and visitors.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma holder in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
  • At least five years' relevant working experience in office administration.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good knowledge of common computer applications.
  • Possess initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines.
