Responsibilities:

1.     Prepare department sales report and analysis.

2.     Prepare sales contracts

3.     Prepare documents on order processing and delivery services

4.     Handle enquiries and complaints from customers

5.     Assist the Administration Supervisor to review and develop an administration system

6.     Monitor the stock level of all printed matters at a stable quantity

7.     Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of customer information and delivery in progress

Requirements:

1.     Form 7 or above

2.     Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in administration field

3.     Good command in English and Chinese

4.     Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

5.     Proficient in Window applications

6.     Proactive, initiative, well-organized and able to work independently
