Job Responsibilities 

- To coordinate with internal departments on sales order follow up

- Issuance of statements & receipts, follow up customers' enquiry in prompt & professional manner

- Assist in exhibition and activities

- Responsible for data entry, updating reports & filling documents

- Provide administrative support & secretarial support to daily operation

Job Requirement

- A-level or DSE graduated

- Fresh Graduates are welcomed

- Pleasant character able to communicate in English & Putonghua preferable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & email

- Must work on weekends and Public holidays
