  • Support Assistant Production Manager in all administration and logistics matters for Dream Cruises and Star Cruises under Creation & Show Production of Entertainment Department.
  • Prepare and arrange all necessary documents required for Entertainers and Concessionaires related to Creation and Show Production.
  • Check, arrange and monitor all movement documentations, transportation and logistics matters pertaining to the deployment of all performers/entertainers onboard.
  • Prepare necessary payment arrangements for all entertainers in coordination with Finance Department for processing.
  • Liaise with Port Agent / Travel Agent for the arrangement of transportation, Letter of Guarantee, hotel accommodation and flight booking for all entertainers.
  • Keep and maintain an organised filing of all necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with other administrative requirements from other departments/sections.


  • Degree / Diploma related to Business, Entertainment, Logistics, Human Resources.
  • 2 years relevant experience in office administration.
  • Experienced in dealing with contracts, tax requirements and documentation, payments and invoices, insurance and logistic arrangements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language (written and verbal communication skills).
  • Strong organizational skills, self-driven and with a positive attitude.
