Our Client - a French luxury company is looking for the candidate with the following requirements

Duties: 

  • Perform Office adm. and team adm. duties
  • Prepare the scheduling, event organization, corporate function organization 
  • Liaise with Asia branches and Head Quarter in administrative, logistics, reporting support
  • Support the Senior in documents preparation and arrangement
  • Ad Hoc Projects

 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 2 years or above in administrative support in sizable office 
  • Good English and Mandarin, knowledge in French is an advanced
  • Independent and detail-minded 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
