Administrative officer / Clerk (5 days work, 9am – 6pm)
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Lead and coordinate the administration team to provide sales administrative and other clerical support to commercial sales department (team notice, communication, projects and initiatives)
Organize and arrange daily appointments and meetings for Team Head
Prepare sales reports, handle order processing and inventory control
Manage sales system input and operational changes
Answer enquiries from internal and external customers
Perform general clerical duties such as expenses reimbursement and office equipment maintenance
To succeed in this role
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in leading a team will be an advantage
Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
High proficiency in PC operation especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Fresh graduate will consider
