Administrative officer / Clerk (5 days work, 9am – 6pm)

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Lead and coordinate the administration team to provide sales administrative and other clerical support to commercial sales department (team notice, communication, projects and initiatives)
  • Organize and arrange daily appointments and meetings for Team Head
  • Prepare sales reports, handle order processing and inventory control
  • Manage sales system input and operational changes
  • Answer enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Perform general clerical duties such as expenses reimbursement and office equipment maintenance

To succeed in this role

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in leading a team will be an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in PC operation especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fresh graduate will consider 

 

Service Officer 

Your role:

  • Provide ease of contact service, support account groups with effective order management and service coordination
  • Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, services enquiries and applications
  • Handle minor projects and assignment independently
  • Handle service requests raised by customers and relate the issues to relevant internal parties

To succeed in this role:

  • Graduated from IVE/Higher Certificate/ High Diploma in Telecommunications or Business Administration or Information Technology or the equivalent; or
  • Customer-oriented, innovative and self-confident
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
