Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices issuance on a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare payments/reimbursements
  • Review and answer queries from clients & service providers
  • Review bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items with clients & service provider
  • Prepare management report on monthly basis
  • Responsible for filling, data-entry and update of inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including order stationery and consumables items, equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Provide support to reception duties, including answering phone calls, courier delivery etc.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments



  • Secondary school graduate
  • 2 years relevant working experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work and attentive to details
  • Positive working attitude, independent, efficient, punctual and well organized
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
  • Immediate available is preferable
