Administrative & HR Manager

Duties:

  • Design, execute and evaluate development strategies in line with company goals and objective
  • Lead and motivate the team and create the right and positive environment to ensure teamwork and loyalty to the company
  • Manage and support the overall HR duties, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development. 
  • Manage all aspects of operations, such as sales and marketing, IT and Administrative
  • Enhance and maintenance documentation and record management related system
  • Participate in system related projects (e.g. ERP system implementation)
  • Lead the administrative support in company events, renovation project, office procurement and other ad hoc project as assigned independently

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/ HR or other related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in Administrative/HR management
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related regulations in HK
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
  • Experience in environmental monitoring & facility management of server room or data center is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Excellent communications, planning, analytical and people management skills
  • Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in fast place, tight deadlines and results-driven environment
