Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:

  • 負責管理及監督生產、出貨及入單流程
  • 負責管理及統籌工廠跟單部、出口部及船務部
  • 一星期最少3天在工廠工作
  • Lead to upgrade the order 入 ERP system
  • Responsible for daily coordination and communicate with internal parties, especially with Shunde industry
  • Provide support assistance to the director including business & administrative issues
  • Ad hoc. assigned

Requirement:

  • 熟悉工廠工作流程,有傢俱廠經驗更佳
  • Minimum 8 years or above of relevant experience, sizeable factory experience is preferable 
  • Must have strong sales and marketing background & experience
  • Solid experience in monitoring sales team, sales supporting team & shipping & export team.
  • Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good PC and information system knowledge
  • 5.5 days’ work
  • Immediate available preferred
