Administrative Officer – Credit Risk Division

Chong Hing Bank

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial duties to Division Head and administrative support to senior members of the Division;
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agenda & minutes;
  • Handle administrative duties and arrange divisional events;
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports;
  • Draft English and Chinese correspondences;
  • Screening phone calls & enquiries; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business disciplines or formal secretarial training;
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banks, FIs or sizable firms;
  • Banking products knowledge is preferred;
  • Well organized, attentive to details, Self-motivated and responsible;
  • Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in fast-paced environment;
  • Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing); and
  • Immediate available is preferred.
