Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full spectrum of office administrative support to all departments in a professional manner, e.g. office supplies, equipment procurement, courier arrangement, mailing, repair and maintenance etc.
  2. Assist in office relocation and renovation projects, space allocation and seating plan;
  3. Negotiations and administration of licenses to support business requirements, e.g. General Restaurant License, Liquor License etc.
  4. Support ad hoc projects and assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  1. DSE or above in business administration or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 1 year solid experience in handling full spectrum of office administration in sizable company;
  3. Mature, well-organized and independently;
  4. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills;
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
  7. Less experience candidate may be considered as Administrative Assistant;
  8. Knowing Japanese will be an asset
  9. Immediate available is preferred.
