Administrative Officer /Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall administrative and clerical support to the offices
  • Assist daily office operation
  • Conduct procurement, maintenance and repairing of office equipment, office supplies and consumables.
  • Manage the reception area and handle enquiries
  • Handle business reports and correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors

Ad hoc task as assigned Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with formal secretarial training or administration knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferable in operation administration
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Mature, attentive to details, well organized, able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferred
