Administrative Officer cum Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • To handle general administrative matters;
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director;
  • To assist Account Manager in simple account matters.

 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years related working experiences;
  • F7 or DSE or above, formal secretarial training/business administration (Overseas and Mainland graduates are also welcomed)
  • Good knowledge of MS office;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;
  • Team player, detail orientated and willing to work under pressure;
  • 5-day work and 1/2 day in-house training and events.

 

 

Working location: Fortress Hill and incidental overseas travelling
