Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Member Services, Professional and Sports Training Division
  • Prepare financial and operational reports and support various projects
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties in meeting arrangement and drafting meeting minutes
  • Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Meticulous, self-motivated attribute with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
