Administrative Officer (Research Studies – Development & Planning) (at the rank of Executive Officer I/II) in the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies
Duties : Assist in matters related to postgraduate studies and other university-wide initiatives. Main duties include to:
Travels to the Mainland China and overseas will be required.
Requirements : A good honours degree with at least 7 years’ post-qualification administrative experience, preferably in higher education sector. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese); knowledge of the Mainland education system; being highly motivated, creative and flexible in problem solving; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; good presentation, organizational and communication skills; excellent data interpretation and report writing skills; and ability to work under pressure are required.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment at the rank of Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
