Administrative Officer (Sales Contract Department)
We, First Group are a young and energetic property developer established in Hong Kong. To meet the needs of our rapid expansion, we are urgently looking for candidates of high caliber to fill the following vacancy.(Company Web site : http://www.firsthk.com)
Responsibilities:
- Handle Property Sales and Purchase works and legal documents
- Handle leasing and tenancy administration
- Handle property handover materials and arrangement to Property Manager
- Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 or above with relevant experience
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- With accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Attentive, quick response, accurate
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Whatsapp communication
- Fresh graduate and no relevant working experience are welcome
