Administrative Officer - Wong Chuk Hang

We are a F&B company with a cafe outlet and a central bakery kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and operations including but not limited to simple booking keeping, document and record keeping, maintaining kitchen supplies, ordering from suppliers, budgeting and cost control as well as managing day to day operational tasks ;
  • HR & preparing payroll
  • Assist in Customer Service including taking orders & arranging delivery 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks & assist in events

Job Requirements:

  • High diploma or Bachelor degree;
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in F&B industry;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks or other accounting system is a plus;
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and independently 
  • Attention to detail
