The Role

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. Administrative duties include answering phones, coordinating meetings and events, and providing personal assistance as needed.

Job Responsibilities        

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support
  • Manage extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangements
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and monthly expense reports
  • Perform Receptionist functions when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above; additional qualifications in office/business administration qualifications are a plus
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant all-round administrative experience with solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and Mac OS
  • Organized and independent; able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritise works to meet tight schedules
