Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily accounting and administrative duties
  • Communicate with institutional clients for updates of information and receivable collection
  • Collecting and reporting data of operation and promotional initiatives
  • Monitoring performance of and liaison with external service provider and agencies

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or completion of DSE
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or accounting
  • Basic skills on budgeting, reporting and data analysis
  • PC knowledge is a must, well-verse of Chinese word processing and MS Excel
  • Can work and perform duty independently
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
