Administrative Officer

To assist our management in performing administration and day to day tasks relating to office operations and business development and project coordination and other activities. This may include the following:


  • Performing general office support to management
  • Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
  • All day-to-day operation matters
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities
  • Simple Book-keeping
  • Responsible for the data and business analysis in respect of Real Estates, Shares and Bonds, prepare different kinds of reports on accurate time.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Coordinating with lawyer, auditor and other suppliers
  • Competent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Must be a team player and willing to help out on all aspects of the business and operations
  • Handle ad hoc projects



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related subjects
  • 2 to 3 years’ or above experience in relevant areas
  • Smart and self-motivated with team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and accounting knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Ability to speak Putonghua would be an added advantage;
  • Handle ad hoc projects
