Administrative Officer

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years secretarial or administrative experience
  • Good spoken & written in English & Chinese, especially Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with strong internet skill will be an advance
  • Independent correspondence, sensitive to numbers, good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated, mature, organized and reliable

Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the research department and the Director
  • Arrange and coordinate department meetings and events scheduling and preparation
  • Maintain and manage database, data consolidation and gather documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on day-to-day operation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
