Administrative Officer

Job Duties

  • Perform office general operations and administrative duties
  • Perform full spectrum of HR and Admin functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, MPF and tax issue, compensation and benefits, employee relationship and office administration;
  • Review, improve and amend HR policies and procedures;
  • Handling general office administration tasks such as office equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal.
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.;
  • Provide front desk service to customers
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors


  • Associate/Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other business-related discipline with 7-8 years related industries working experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation;
  • Mature, hardworking, energetic, a good team player and can work in multi-tasking environment;
  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and detail minded;
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
