Responsibilities:

  • Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
  • Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate (Background in Statistics, Computer Sciences or related disciplines is highly recommended)
  • 3-4 years working experience (experience in preparing invoice is preferred)
  • Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is definitely an advantage
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer.
