Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange various events/meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondences
  • Manage data and keep records in inventory and project management system
  • Communicate with clients on preventive maintenance/maintenance/repair work
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
