Administrative & Project Coordinator/Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including attendance record, leave management, benefits administrations, medical, insurance and other related documentations
  • Assist in company event planning & organizing
  • Organize and assist company activities and events
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Administration Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 3-5 years' of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin also required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong numerical, analytical sense, Independent, responsible, analytical thinking, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Responsible, hardworking, mature, able to multi-task
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Immediate available is an advantage
