Our Client is a reputable holiding company, as the business is expanding, they are currently looking for an Administrative Receptionist to help with their supporting team.

Roles and  Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including management of office supplies, executive travel arrangements, administrative supports, office management, receptionist duties
  • Manage the overall aesthetics, organization, and cleanliness of the office
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required


  • Minimum 1 years work experience in administrative roles
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, and a good team player
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
