Administrative & Sales Support Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle web & phone inquiries, liaise with related parties for follow up actions and handle account related aftersales services in a professional manner
  • Maintain day-to-day contacts with customers, colleagues, and suppliers in order to meet the customer requirements
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Meeting/realization of sales targets
  • Provide administration support and assist in the department operation
  • Handle sales documents such as quotation, agreement, and other materials
  • Support the daily operation and participate in ad hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years of related working experience
  • With connections in the renovation industry is a definite advantage
  • Experience in the renovation industry is an advantage
  • Enjoy a start-up working environment
  • Aggressive, determined and sales driven
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with client interfacing role
