Administrative Secretary

Bond West Consultants

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Management
  • Prepare minutes as well as to organize board and various management meetings
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Support in updating internal reports, records and documents, and filing and data maintenance
  • Handle travel and meeting arrangement
  • Any other assignment from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years' relevant experiences in secretarial duties
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
