Client Description

Our client is a global investment management organization with substantial position in Asia Pacific.  They have multiple business lines and strong PRC business network. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting a high-caliber Secretary to join the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for secretarial duties and administrative support to Senior Management
  • Arranging and coordinating travel schedule, business meeting, conferences
  • Prepare presentation materials, minutes and agenda for the conferences
  • Manage and follow through projects and timely communication with business partners
  • Handle and manage confidential correspondences including emails and phone calls
  • Perform other business-related duties as need in a timely manner

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in supporting senior management gained from bank or finance institue
  • Strong organization skills and detail oriented. Able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with consistency and reliability
  • Sound PC knowledge with emphasis on Microsoft Office application and PowerPoint presentation
  • A motivated team player with initiative and good communication skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
