  • Provide administrative and technical support to the project team including arranging meetings, managing purchase order and expense workflows, handling design and construction drawings
  • Maintain an effective filing system, hardcopy and electronic, on confidential documents, correspondences and drawings
  • Coordinate site tours and inspections
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials and reports for project progress and cost analysis
  • Assist in checking the conditions of existing venues and facilities


  • Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in building and construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office, preferably familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.  Knowledge of MS Project a definite advantage
  • Meticulous, detailed minded, with ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
  • A team player, mature and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
