Administrative/Account Clerk

(A) Job Duties:


  1. Perform general office administration & maintenance
  2. Perform clerical work, data entry and administration support
  3. Provide assistance to accounts department (e.g., book keeping)
  4. Handle documents, scanning, filing, storage records, arrange staff activities and out for work
  5. Handle procurement of stationery and other office facilities


(B)  Requirements:

  1. F.5 or above and LCCI Level 2
  2. 1-year clerical experience
  3. Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
  4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  5. Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  7. Immediate available is preferred
