  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to our professional teams
  • Answer and receive phone calls
  • Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, stationery supply, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance
  • Develop and maintain filing system and library database
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Support operation so as to enhance the efficiency of professional teams
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time



  • Fresh graduate with no relevant working experience is also considered.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS office such as Excel, Word and Outlook plus some IT knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to mutli-task and prioritize works
  • Basic accounting knowledge will be advantage
  • Good telephone manner with polite and positive attitude
  • Immediate available is essential
