Administrator / Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Handle wholesale and retail administrative works including sales invoices, importation logistic, bank documents and preparation of management reports and statements
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Manage billing administration and chase overdue payment from clients
  • Monitor payment collection progress and prepare accounts receivable aging report
  • Ensure accurate and timely warehouse inventory reports and POS system
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
  • 5 days work

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduates
  • Minimum 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in administrative work duties
  • Good communication skill, well organised, independent, proactive and responsible
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline with highly accuracy
  • Attention to detail and be a team player
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MacBook Pages and Numbers or MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
