Administrator cum Secretary

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance to Managing Director and the Team
  • Assist in general office administration & maintenance
  • General clerical and secretarial support
  • Handle document scanning, filing and storage records
  • Handle incoming calls, greeting customers, arranging daily courier delivery, handle procurement of stationery and other office facilities etc.
  • Special projects


  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Pleasant and proactive personality
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office (to intermediate level)
    including Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in a CPA or a corporate services firm is an advantage;
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
