  • Provide full secretarial support to the Investor Relations and Product Development Department
  • Prepare presentation materials (including PPTs and Words documents) for client prospection and internal training
  • Organize meetings, including agenda distribution, minute taking, booking/setting up rooms, coordinating and distributing output etc
  • Work with co-located section administrative staff
  • Handle client’s enquiries via email or phone
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system and assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Ad-hoc assignments as assigned



  • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience
  • Strong numeracy and data analysis / interpretation skills ,working knowledge of business intelligence/analysis tools
  • Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet research skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set priorities and deliver on time
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
