Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for IT department secretarial and administration tasks;
  • Perform IT help desk co-ordination and maintain IT work order records;
  • Maintain HK & Macau offices IT asset inventory records for H/W items and S/W licenses;
  • Perform user account maintenance for business applications and external e-mail services;
  • Assist in project coordination and user’s acceptance tests;
  • Perform request for quotation tasks and material requisition documents for IT items on e-Procurement System;
  • Responsible for software license and hardware maintenance renewal tasks;
  • Update contents for internal and corporate website;
  • Handle IT asset register confirmation, user accounts confirmation, internal cost allocation and domain registration tasks;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirement

  • Diploma with computer and secretarial training / knowledge;
  • 3 years relevant experience in general secretarial and administrative work relating to IT items;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office;
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
