To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Medical Division in Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide effective and comprehensive sales administrative support to the Division
  • To manage customer queries for incoming and outgoing orders, and assist in delivery and installation co-ordination
  • To prepare quotation and tender documentation
  • To be responsible for filing and other office duties as assigned by the Division

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in related discipline (with Science background is preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales administration support, with experience gained from sales of medical devices industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Knowledge in SAP is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent customer service skill, strong ability of multi-tasking in fast paced environment
  • Stable, trustworthy, good time management; Strong sense of being detail-minded to keep high accuracy
