Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business or equivalent
  • 1-2 years relevant experience Preferably in sizable corporatins
  • Previous expericence in secretarial or departmental administration
  • Good command of spoken & written English , fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Proficient in using Ms office such as Word, Excel and Intenet computer knowledge


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full range of secretarial & administrative support to project team
  • Coordinate daily appointments & schedules and handle meetings arrangement
  • Coordinate travel logistics and assist in organizing staff activities as required
  • Coordinate labour insurance claim and wage calculation
  • property rental l arrange and report
