Administrator, Shareholder Services


What is the opportunity?

In this role as the Administrator, Shareholder Services you will be the point of contact for servicing our clients regarding operational aspects and interacting with the market and other providers.

What will you need to do?

  • Handle the day-to-day operation includes executing subscription, redemption, transfer and switching orders
  • Collect and review account opening document and process the anti-money laundering procedure
  • Review fund documentation for fund set up and changes
  • Handle probates, letters of administration and other documents affecting the title to shares and the share register
  • Process the delivery of daily confirmations, statements, customized reports and ad hoc reports
  • Process dividend, trailer fee and commission calculation
  • Perform UAT test on system development and propose enhancements
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Update of procedures and workflows
  • Responsible for direct communication and mailings to shareholders
  • Prepare debit notes to shareholders, dealers and fund promoters

What you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Degree holder in business related subject
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with internal and external clients
  • Experience in client servicing
  • Good problem solving, facilitation, organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of investment industry and client requirements

Nice to have:

  • University degree preferred
  • Another language other than English is an asset
  • Mandarin is considered as a 'nice to have'
