Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and inventory updates
  • Prepare quotation and purchase order
  • Provide clerical support such as data entry, email reply and document filing
  • Consolidate and manage shipment schedules
  • Help with internal ad-hoc activities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, independent, well organized and with team spirit
  • MAC & PC friendly
  • Proficient in MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and CAD is a plus
